We may alter our Terms & Conditions and post a new version to our Website at any time. You should check the Terms & Conditions regularly.
For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used product.
All VLL products should be used strictly in accordance with their guidelines and instruction. You should fully check the ingredient list for products before use to avoid potential allergic reactions.
*There is No Refund or Exchanges for Gift Cards, Series Purchases, or Individual Service Purchase*
Series Package: Please note after 6 months of inactivity from the date of your last visit the package will be considered expired.
Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present at check in. A parent or guardian is also required to complete a release form/waiver before any services are provided.
IN THE ABSENCE OF A FILL AT OR OVER A 4 WEEK PERIOD WE REQUIRE A FULL SET TO BE BOOKED BEFORE CONTINUING FILL-INS.
This Policy is in place to sustain and guarantee the quality of your lash extensions.
If You Are Unable to Keep a Scheduled Appointment, We Respectfully Request to Please Give a 24 Hour Notice as Not to Be Charged.
If Less Then a 24 hour Notice is Given, the Fee Will Be the Full Price of The Service Booked.
If the appointment is made day of or within a 24 hour time frame of your appointment the fee is the Full Price of the Service Booked.
You will be asked to reschedule 5 minutes past on all appointments under 30 minutes and 10 minutes past on services 1 hour or more.
All Fees Must Be Paid Before Next Appointment Can Be Made.
Any client who violates this policy 3 times will be required to pre-pay for all future appointments.
*Please note if you are late your service may be shortened, but you will be charged the Full Service Price. If you are running late Please Call Ahead to Help Your Lash Artist Determine if You Can Still Be Seen.*
